Protein Pancakes

Whey FX Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 large whole eggs*
½ cup rolled oats/oatmeal
¼ cup Sucralose sweetner
100 ml water
1 level tsp. Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Low fat cooking spray
1 scoop Smart-Tec WheyFX Chocolate Mud Shake

Makes 6-9 pancakes

Mix the oats, sucralose, baking powder, salt and Smart-Tec WheyFX together in a bowl.

Create a small hollow in the mix using your fingers and add the two eggs.

Mix into a paste using a whisk and gradually add the water to make a thick batter.

Leave the batter to rest in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

Spray a frying pan with the cooking spray and wipe the excess off with a piece of kitchen towel.

Heat the pan on a low to moderate heat and spoon on the batter, making pancakes about 8cm across.

When the pancakes start to bubble on the uncooked side, flip them over for a couple more minutes.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!

*Use only egg whites if you don’t want the yolks, but use three whites or six tbsp liquid whites.
