Concept 2 is one of the leading brands of cardio equipment in the fitness industry. For many professional rowers it is the only machine they would ever use in their training. It is Totally Fitness’s best selling rower and to be honest, it’s probably a similar story with most fitness equipment retailers.

The Concept 2 rower was first designed in America by two engineers with a passion for rowing. They called this machine the Model A.  By the time Totally Fitness was started, Concept 2 had progressed to the model C. And the latest available today is Model E.

It is testament to the great quality of the original design that in over a quarter of a century, the rower has been refined just a handful of times. 

The most famous supporter of the Concept 2 is Olympic Rower Sir Steve Redgrave. And while he won’t be seen in a boat very often, this is the machine he uses for keep fit and in shape.
