The Professional Flat Olympic Bench is a top of the range bench. It features an adjustable steel bar catcher which includes an angled catch rack allowing the spotter to get closer to the user.

With a low lying position that makes spotting safer and more comfortable and ergo pads that provide a wide base to support the hips and tapered neck to allow free movement of shoulders during exercises
