The Vision ST740 Ab/Back is ergonomically and biomechanically designed with two adjustment features. This unit is compact and has six different start positions to allow a variety of motion choices. Support is given from the adjustable backrest during abdominal crunch and back extension and the 2" diameter pull pin heads provide comfort when making adjustments. The user can adjust the seat to the preferred height relevant to the exercise arm; while the rest helps maintain a 90 degree bend at the knees.
