The entire frame and vibrating platform consist of high quality FRP (Fiber Re-enforced Plastic), frequently used in the racing industry for a very strong, stable, and reliable construction. The aesthetic model, enhanced comfort and many added training possibilities of the newly designed vibration platform offer plenty of convincing arguments.

Control panel

The large control display and the new control panel at the bottom of the console ensure the ultimate convenience in operating the my5. The new menu structure allows even inexperienced users to start their PowerPlate training immediately. Time, frequency and amplitude can be determined and set individually. Whether standing up, sitting down or even lying down on the PowerPlate, the control panels are always within reach.
