With the Marcy 4050 bench integrated the SM4000 is left to work around the bench, expanding and multiplying the number of exercises possible up to an amazing 24 different routines. Also crunches, curls, push downs, presses, rows, pectoral fly, abductor kicks, lunges and squats are included . The ‘off -the- floor’ design provides increased stability and the diamond plated non-slip foot brace and chromed diamond striker plates provide a commercial-grade level of safety. The 4 inch nylon pulleys run a 2000 lb tensile strength aircraft cable for the most demanding users, and the heavy duty tubular steel construction means the SM4000 will cope with whatever you choose to throw at it.
