Recommend Use
For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each EAS Myoplex Diet packet with 300 - 400 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. If you use EAS Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal (= 1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day. If you want to lose weight, you must also eat other foods to provide the body with nutrients.

Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children.

Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500 ml of water for each 1/2 kg of weight lost during exercise
