The Vision ST700 Functional Trainer is designed to last years of heavy use. This strong functional trainer offers 21 adjustable exercise positions including chin ups; pull ups and stretching from the multiple grip handles at the top of the unit; with each cable column generating up to 50% resistance. Full-body unilateral or bilateral workout can be performed with the use of the foot cuffs; sports handle; multi-swivel bar or co-molded exercise handles. Positioned at the front of the weight stack shields at eye-level is an exercise instruction placard which demonstrates 20 different exercises and the muscles used.
