Totally Fitness offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses on all items costing more that £95.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time for all accessories is 3-7 working days while delivery of larger items such as treadmills / bikes is normally 7-14 working days.

Small Order Charge
There is a small order charge of £4.95 for orders under £95. This is to cover our costs for the administration, postage and packing. Every single accessory is sent from our London warehouse. Each item is individually packaged with the utmost care and sent using either royal mail or courier services, depending on the weight of the item.
Can I get my order delivered quicker or on a weekend?
There are certain products that we can send through a different courier for an additional charge, likewise for weekend deliveries as well. Please get in touch with us or mention it on your order and we will see what we can do.
Offshore U.K. Deliveries
For deliveries to the highlands and islands, there may be an additional charge, which depends on the item ordered. Most accessories will be delivered free of charge. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, please contact our Belfast store on 02890 230 330.
Collection
You are able to collect most items from our showrooms or London Warehouse. We keep all accessories and a big selection of larger items in stock. Everything has to be prepaid before collection.
Worldwide deliveries
We are able to ship most of the products featured on this site anywhere in the World. An additional charge will levied to cover our increased shipping costs and these cost will vary by product and shipping destination. For large products, we use only reputable International shipping companies and for smaller accessories, we use International couriers such as Federal Express.
For orders placed by overseas customers, a member of the Totally Fitness sales team will contact you directly after you have placed your order to discuss the additional charges.
Customs information
For International Shipments - You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Totally Fitness, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
