The Lonsdale boxing ball bag is a punchbag that is "perfect" for working out with, a review has stated.

Boxing Daily notes that the punchbag is "particularly good" for users looking to improve their hooks, slips and uppercuts.

The bag is constructed of eight panels of pure hide leather, with granules of maize substitute on the inside, which do not break, get damp, or harbour maize weevils.

Lonsdale"s boxing ball bag is designed for optimum use at shoulder height and should be adjusted for different users, the review notes.

"You can land a few punches, then slip under the bag (similar to what you may do in a fight) and unleash another combination of punches on the other side," the review states.

Scoring a rating of nine out of ten from Boxing Daily, the Lonsdale punchbag is one piece of fitness equipment, that is ideal for a range of boxing moves.

The only drawback with the bag is that users cannot practice body shots, because it hangs too high, the review states.
