A new line of fitness DVDs are to be launched by BayView Entertainment, it has emerged.
The first two titles in the Power Body series - which is designed to cater to the "advanced home exerciser" - are set to debut in June, according to the manufacturer and will include Strength Training with Rob Glick and Total Core Pilates with Jules Benson.
Strength Training features more than an hour of "challenging strength training" workouts and comes with a bonus CD featuring music tracks to work out to designed by DJ Brian Howe.
The fitness DVD requires a fitness step and dumbbells ranging in weight from five to 12 pounds.
Meanwhile, Total Core Pilates with Jules Benson features a combination of modern exercises targeted at abdominal muscles with more traditional pilates movements and has a running time of 60 minutes.
In other fitness DVD news, FitnessRepublic announced last month that it would also create a series of wellness-based exercise DVDs.
