A yoga DVD, which is part of the "for Dummies" series, has been described as a "gentle calorie-burning workout" by the Star-Telegram.
Yoga Weight-Loss Workout for Dummies features instructor Chris Freytag, who is the author of the book Move To Lose and writes a column for the magazine Prevention.
It comes complete with two beginner-level yoga workouts - one which utilises a mat and a second featuring standing poses.
According to the newspaper, the DVD is easy to follow and user-friendly and offers a selection of basic and more challenging options to allow users to tailor their workouts to their own pace.
"It"s an excellent way to start getting in shape for the upcoming swimsuit season," wrote Carolyn Poirot of the Star-Telegram.
Other items in the series include the DVD Beyond Basic Yoga for Dummies featuring instructor Sara Ivanhoe, as well as Yoga & Pilates Workouts for Dummies, which features instruction by Ms Ivanhoe and Michelle Dozios.
